We offer a wide variety of classes and programs from cardio classes that will help you build your stamina, strengthen your cardiovascular system and burn maximum calories to strength & conditioning classes that will help you tone, shape and build healthy muscles, dance classes where you will be able to burn calories while working on your dance moves to mind body classes where you will be able to build your core strength as well as improve your flexibility and recover. 

We conveniently offer all classes under one roof so you are able to get a balanced exercise including all cardio, strength and flexibility training. 

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.  Our experienced instructors will provide options for beginners or advanced exercisers altogether to make the most of their workout.

Bodycombat®

Bodycombat® is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) inspired full body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. This fiercely energetic program is totally non-contact and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Piloxing®

PILOXING® is a non-stop cardio fusion of standing Pilates, Boxing and Dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! This class will provide a high energy interval workout that will help burn maximum calories but also increase muscle definition and strength.

STRONG by Zumba™

STRONG by Zumba™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Bodypump®

Bodypump® is a barbell training class that strengthens and tones your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for – and fast!

360 FHIIT

360 FHIIT is a training technique in which you will be asked to give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of effort followed by short recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. You will continue to burn calories even after the end of the class.

Body Sculpt

This is a freestyle class especially designed by our experienced instructors. It is designed to give you a total body workout using free weights, resistance bands and your own body weights.

MIND BODY CLASSES

Pilates Flow

This pilates matwork class focuses on proper breathing and alignment and will help you develop core strength and endurance, flexibility and help you improve your posture and develop long lean muscles. The class combines classical pilates exercises in flowing sequences and will help you progress from simple exercises to more advanced variations seamlessly. Beginners will have the option to stay with foundation exercises while the more advanced will be able to feel challenged.

Pilates Bootcamp

This pilates matwork class involves the use of small pilates equipment and props to add challenge to your pilates training while still focusing on proper breathing and alignment. This class will help strengthen your deep abdominal muscles and tone your arms, your legs, your butt and everything in between. You will improve your posture and develop long lean muscles while our instructor teaches you how to use props and equipment to assist you or increase the intensity of the exercises.

Hatha Yoga

This is a traditional yoga class with an emphasis on proper breathing work, alignment and comprising mostly static postures.

Beginner friendly, through to intermediate as options will be given.

Yoga Flex

This is a stretch class that will allow you to improve your overall flexibility, with particular emphasis on releasing the tighter areas of the body (hips, quads, hamstrings, back and shoulders). Whether you are an active sports person or desk bound, it will provide relief from discomfort caused by overly tight muscles and joints. This class is suitable for all levels.

DANCE FITNESS CLASSES

Zumba®

Zumba® Fitness is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and fun workout. The routines feature low-intensity and high-intensity moves with a combination of fast and slow rhythms which create an interval-style calorie burning workout that also tones and sculpts the body.  Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind and will leave you feeling awesome.

K-Kardio Dance Fitness

K-Kardio Dance = Kpop Cardio Dance workout. It is a 1 hour non-stop workout to Kpop hit music, suitable for all regardless of age or dance background! ​

Street Dance

This is a high-energy dance class where you will be learning cool street moves and putting them together to build a fun choreography.
